  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your package using the provided tracking link.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to ensure your items reach you safely and promptly. The delivery times below are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
    • Available for domestic orders within the United States.
    • Free for orders over $100.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Available for both domestic and international orders.
    • Additional charges apply based on the weight of your order and the destination.

  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days
    • Available to select international locations.
    • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The delivery time may vary depending on local customs processes.

  • Next-Day Delivery:

    • Available for domestic orders only, depending on the location.
    • Must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for next-day delivery.
    • Additional charges apply for this service.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Destination: Shipping fees depend on the destination address.
  • Shipping Method: Choose from standard, expedited, or next-day delivery options.
  • Order Value: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.

International Shipping: International customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping charge and must be paid at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): We ship to U.S. military addresses, but delivery times may vary. Additional fees may apply.
  • Restricted Countries: Due to shipping restrictions, we do not currently ship to certain countries. Please check our website for a list of countries we do not ship to.

5. Address Accuracy

To avoid delays in processing or delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. PrimeFusionPC is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and offer a resolution.
  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will initiate a return or replacement process for the damaged goods at no additional cost.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number. If you have trouble tracking your order or have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
